How do I place an order?
Simply choose the type of bag you like — multiple colors are available, and for some, you can also select the strap material. If you have specific requests, feel free to contact me by email and we’ll arrange the details.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your order is paid, it will be delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on availability. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped, along with the invoice.
Why do I have to wait for my bag?
Each piece is made to order according to your specifications. That’s why we don’t keep all styles in stock.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped via Packeta. You can choose either a pick-up point or home delivery through Packeta courier. Price for pick up point is 3,6€ and for home delivery is 4,9€.
What is the bag made of?
100% recycled cotton. The only exception is the faux-fur collection, which is made from a blend of acrylic and polyester.
How long will the bag last?
With proper care, for many years. Avoid overloading it too often, and its durability will only increase.
Can the bag get wet?
It can handle light rain without any problem. If it gets completely wet, let it dry flat naturally.
How do I clean it?
Machine washing is not recommended. The bag could survive it, but it might lose its shape. Instead, clean locally with a cloth or gently by hand.
